Benefits of being a Member

Members can post and reply to the forums on this site, and have access to hidden, members only content in the menu's as well.

Have something you want to sell or trade? Looking for a used saw? Check the buy/sell/trade section of the forum.

Meeting the first Tuesday every month with club members and guests, featuring an educational program, a show and tell time, a rock raffle, a creative competition, and door prizes.

Members have the opportunity to use club equipment to cut, grind, and polish lapidary material at our workshop on the 1st and 3rd Sunday afternoons of every month.

The club has a large library stored at a members home. To gain access, make an appointment with the Librarian and check out a book or two! Use the contact us page and send a message to the webmaster!

Ice cream and baked goods in place of the regular meeting in August. Featuring a silent auction of rocks, minerals, and member made jewelry.

Annual cookout where the club provides the meat, and members bring side dishes to share. The day often features a fundraising live auction of things donated through out the year. Equipment, rocks and minerals, things you can't live without!

The club provides a Turkey and a Ham, members bring a covered dish to share and we enjoy fellowship and a game or two.

Field trips to area rock hounding spots, museums, and nearby club shows.

All members are welcome to attend the Board meeting and to contribute to the running of this club. (Voting is restricted to board members)
